Returns Information

At Sukma Trade, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please ensure all accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at help@sukmatrade.com or (62)8130096 9954 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the returned item as soon as it is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at help@sukmatrade.com or (62)8130096 9954. Provide your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
