  2. Verify the Price: Contact our customer service team at help@sukmatrade.com or (62)8130096 9954 to verify the lower price. Please provide the competitor’s price, the location of the lower-priced item (e.g., website link or store name), and your order details if you’ve already made a purchase.
  3. Match the Price: Once we verify the lower price, we will match it. If you have already purchased the item from us, we will refund the difference.

Qualifying Competitors

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to prices from the following types of competitors:

  • Online retailers
  • Authorized dealers
  • Local stores

Terms and Conditions

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications).
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total purchase price, including shipping and handling fees.
  • Competitor prices must be publicly advertised.
  • Exclusions: The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
